Sanctuary of the Traverse City Carmelite monastery, before and after.
Update: February 4, 2013: It is rather late, so I will add only a few photos of the many I just received.
Of course, I would notice it! The altar cloth is not centered. 🙂

Thank you for the promise of prayers. And may Sr. Lucia from heaven also assist these dear Sisters to fully embrace all of their traditional liturgy.
God bless you!
I will! And thank you for responding so quickly. There’s certainly at least some hope there.
Hi, Elizabeth,
They are Novus Ordo. However, when their youngest Sister entered as a postulant – a traditionalist – her spiritual director came for the veiling, and he celebrated there, the first TLM in that sanctuary. Please, add this monastery to your prayers that they may come to celebrate the Traditional Mass of their heritage. In one photo you will see Fr. Libby, a friend of the monastery. Father celebrates the TLM every Sunday at his parish in Cedar.
I was told that the Sisters have added three new relics to their altar, one of them being a relic of St. Pius X. So, please join me in praying to St. Pius X that the monastery is given the grace to celebrated the old rite once more.
God bless you!
What a glorious restoration! I was wondering about this Carmel ~ are they traditional or Novus Ordo?
